FAQ

What's a dynamic QR code?

Your QR code encodes a short CtrlShiftQR address rather than your final URL. When someone scans it we redirect them to the destination you set — and you can change that destination any time without reprinting.

Will my QR codes stop working if I downgrade?

No. Existing codes and links keep redirecting after a downgrade. You just can't create new ones beyond your plan's limit.

What's included in the Free plan?

Free includes static QR codes — website, Wi-Fi, contact card, text, email, SMS and phone — with basic styling and PNG/SVG downloads. Static codes work forever but can't be changed after printing. Dynamic QR codes you can edit after printing, short links and scan analytics are part of Standard and Pro.

What happens to my data and my visitors' privacy?

We never store IP addresses or full user agents for scans — only coarse device type, browser, OS, country and referring site.

How do you prevent abuse?

Destinations are screened against known phishing and malware lists, private/internal addresses are blocked, and anyone can report a link. Flagged links show a warning page instead of redirecting.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
